How encouraging to meet an agency with such a fresh, enthusiastic approach. I recently attended the Cheltenham Job Fair held at the Thistle Hotel and wanted to let you know how impressed I was by your stand and your friendly approachable staff. Having only four months ago moved back to the UK from living in Switzerland and moving to an unfamiliar area, it has been pretty difficult to find much enthusiasm in finding a job within the Cheltenham area. I was pretty amazed as previously I have always found it quite encouraging and thought, maybe I'm too old, or perhaps wearing the wrong perfume. Until I introduced myself to your team at the Job Fair. They were bright, enthusiastic and helpful and told me there certainly was HOPE.
