Understand and communicate effectively to all customers on any mortgage or insurance enquiries, products or lending policy.Identify customer requirements to ensure compliance with Lending Policy and take any necessary action to resolve issues to a mutually successful conclusion. Maintain and improve customer relations and increase company profile profile, This will be achieved by supplying outstanding service and portraying an excellent image to existing and potential customers over the telephone and through emerging technologies. Demonstrate sound decision making within agreed levels.

Salary:

£15,000 - £16,500

Requirements:

• Contact centre experience preferred • Thorough knowledge of the compamy products and lending policy. • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) • Excellent administration skills, including good keyboard skills • Self motivation • Excellent influencing and sales skills • Excellent listening skills including the ability to identify customer needs • Experience of working towards targets • Flexibility • Computer literate with working knowledge of Windows, Excel and Word
