TEAM LEADER

As a Team Leader you will play a pivotal role within the business and your key focus will be to lead, develop and coach a telemarketing or telesales team in a predominantly outbound B2B environment. FRENCH/ENGLISH SPEAKING TELEMARKETER

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a French/ English speaking Telemarketing Executive working for a professional and established company based in Swindon. The purpose of this role is to conduct outbound calls on behalf of clients in order to generate leads, appointments or any other outcome as required. You will also be required to maintain and update the campaign database and to conduct all calls to the quality standard required by the company and the clients. You will be required to achieve targets relevant to the individual campaign. In this role you will be required to converse with senior decision makers and have a reasonable level of business acumen.
